Feinga Roofing and General Construction, Inc. has been serving the Sacramento and Elk Grove areas for 29+ years. Owner, Etika “Tika” Feinga has 15 years as a general contractor and 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Tika is personally involved in every project every step of the way, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.


He is meticulous, detail-oriented, and takes great pride in his team’s work—both the work that you can see as a customer, as well as the work you cannot see underneath the shingles and behind the drywall. We are a small, local, family-owned company that genuinely cares about our customers. In fact, Tika has several great friends who started out as clients first.

The Roots - How it All Started

Tika has a wealth of knowledge and experience across multiple trades within the construction industry, which makes him an incredibly talented, well-rounded, and trusted general contractor. Before founding his own company, Tika worked for years in every phase of home building, from the foundation to roofing and every trade in between. He founded Feinga Roofing, specializing specifically in roofs. His creative mind longed for more, and he had so many satisfied clients asking him to return to do other projects on their houses that he obtained his General Building Contractor license. He expanded his business to include a broad range of home renovations to meet the needs of his clients and expand his craft.

The Wings - Where We Are Now

Most of Tika’s clients are recurring clients who call him for work on their personal homes as well as their rental properties throughout the region. This is a testament to both Tika’s high-quality craftsmanship and to his personal values of fairness, integrity, and truly caring about people. He especially enjoys creating customized solutions for his clients. Now Tika’s clients and their friends, family, and neighbors call him for ALL things home renovation and repair—kitchen and bathroom remodels, porch and patio construction, historic home renovations, landscaping, and of course… roofing!
